What the implementation did not cover
Your SuccessFactors implementation gave you a trusted system of record. It did not give you the work that happens around it. An employee asks where a policy is. A request goes to whoever sees the email first. A laptop arrives on day four. A probation review happens when someone remembers. In Egypt and Saudi Arabia, that work is happening today, mostly in inboxes, spreadsheets and messaging groups.
Where that work goes today
That work does not disappear. It goes to one of two places. Back into spreadsheets and email, where it has no owner and no record. Or into custom development built into your SAP core, which someone has to own at every upgrade. The nábd platform is the third option. The work gets an owner and a record, and nothing is added to the core.
How it is built

The foundation is nábd Core
Core is the shared foundation. It connects the platform to your SAP SuccessFactors tenant once, and every module inherits that connection, its governance and its data. It is built on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP's own platform for extending its products, and it sits outside your core. Core is included with every module. It is not sold on its own.
What runs on it
Two modules are available today: nábd Pay, which runs Egyptian payroll from your SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data, and nábd Care, which gives your employees one front door for help, requests and lifecycle activities. A third, nábd Ops, is in development for organisations that deliver project-based services. You start with the one journey that matters most to you, and add the next on the same foundation.
Two modules on one Core, at Raptors
Raptors runs its own HR operations on the platform: nábd Pay and nábd Care, on one Core, connected to our own SAP SuccessFactors tenant. That is a self-deployment by Raptors, not a customer result, and we state it as one. It is how we know that the second module lands on the connection the first one made, with no new integration project and no new vendor.
