One condition
You run SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central. Tamayoz reads the termination from it and holds the clearance around that event; your tenant stays the system of record. It is clearance only: resignations and terminations, and nothing that comes before them. It runs on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP's own platform for extending its products, alongside your tenant rather than inside it. Raptors runs Tamayoz for its own clearances.

One request, every department
A clearance opens as one request and routes to HR, Finance, IT and Administration at the same time. Each department reviews, returns or signs off its own part inside the same workflow. No one carries the form between offices, and no one chases the next signature by email.
A checklist per department, with owners
Each department works from its own checklist, matched to its role in the exit. Every item carries a named owner and a due date, and an item that passes its date escalates to the person you designated. What must be returned, revoked or confirmed is listed before the last day, not discovered after it.
You configure it, without development
Departments, approval stages and clearance requirements are defined through a guided setup, the Configuration Wizard. Clearance groups by pay grade, location or request type decide which checklist applies to whom, and the requirements can be configured to a regulatory context such as Saudi labour regulations.
Signed off and kept as the record
Each approval is a digital sign-off with a timestamp and the approver's name. Clearance forms, confirmations and letters are stored together against the exit, so the evidence of what was completed, and by whom, is there when internal audit asks for it. Nothing about the exit lives only in an inbox.
One view of every open clearance
HR Relations sees every clearance in progress, which department each one is waiting on, and which items are overdue. Reporting covers the average days a department takes to respond, request volume per department, the split of approved, rejected and returned items, and completion against the due dates you set.
Reads the exit from SAP SuccessFactors
The termination event in Employee Central opens the clearance, and employee master data is read from your tenant as the request moves. Tamayoz connects through SAP's own integration destinations and services, so your tenant is not modified. Employees, approvers and administrators work in Arabic or English.

From the termination record to the archived exit
Six steps, in the order below. Departments work their steps at the same time; the request waits for the last of them to finish, not for each in turn.
Termination recorded
A resignation or termination is recorded in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. That event opens the clearance request in Tamayoz.
Checklists assigned
The employee's clearance group decides which departments are involved and which checklist each one receives, with owners and due dates set.
Departments review
HR, Finance, IT and Administration work their items in parallel. Each approver sees its own part and the comments on it.
Returns resolved
An item can be returned with a query. The employee or the owning department responds, uploads what was asked for, and the item is reviewed again.
Final approvals
Once each department has signed off, the final approvals are given digitally, each with a timestamp and the name of the approver.
Archived and notified
Forms, confirmations and letters are archived against the exit. The employee, the manager and the departments are notified that it is closed.
SAP SuccessFactors keeps the termination as the system of record. Tamayoz keeps the clearance around it: what each department confirmed, what was returned, and when each sign-off was given.

Five things people ask first
SAP SuccessFactors already records the termination. Why add this?
The termination is one record. The clearance around it is work spread across four departments: access revoked, equipment returned, advances settled, documents signed. Today that work runs on forms and email, and its status lives with whoever last touched it. Tamayoz gives each item an owner, gives you one place to see where the exit stands, and keeps one record when it closes.
Can we add our own departments and stages?
Yes. Departments, stages, questions and required documents are set up by your HR team through the Configuration Wizard, and a clearance group decides which set applies to which employees. When a policy or an organisational structure changes, the configuration changes with it. No development is involved.
What happens when a department does not respond?
Each item carries a due date and a named owner. When the date passes, the item shows as overdue in the HR Relations view and escalates to the person you designated for that department. The request does not stall silently, and the delay is recorded against the department, not the employee.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The interface runs in Arabic and English for employees, approvers and administrators, with the same role-based permissions in both.
Does Tamayoz calculate the final settlement?
No. Tamayoz confirms that every clearance item is complete and signed off, which is what payroll needs before a final settlement is calculated. The calculation itself stays in your payroll process.
